AMJ Financial Ghana Ltd is a retirement planning advisory firm registered in Ghana. We are registered as a data controller with the Ghana Data Protection Commission under the Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843).
2. What data we collect
We collect the following personal and financial data when you use our calculator, intake form, or contact us: Full name, email address, WhatsApp number, age, gross monthly salary, years of SSNIT contributions, pension enrollment status, desired retirement income, number of dependents, and any additional context you choose to provide.
3. Why we collect it
We collect this data solely for the purpose of preparing your personalised retirement analysis report and delivering our advisory services. We do not use your data for marketing to third parties, and we do not sell your data under any circumstances.
4. How we store it
Your data is stored securely in encrypted cloud storage accessible only to AMJ Financial Ghana Ltd. We retain your data for 5 years from the date of your last engagement with us, after which it is permanently deleted.
5. Your rights
